- U6 and U8 – Friday early evening
- U10 and U12 – Friday nights and Saturday mornings
- Middle School Divisions – Sunday afternoon with possible Monday evening spillover games
- High School Girls Division and High School Division – Sunday afternoon and Sunday nights
- Open Adult Division – Tuesdays
- Over 30 Adult Division – Wednesdays
- Over 35 Adult/Recreation Division – Thursdays

Trace Fork Summer 7 v 7
- All players must have a Quantum Sports membership.
- Adult Open and Over 30 (Co-ed) 7 v 7 Sunday afternoons, 5-9pm, Starting June 20th
- Divisions: Adult men’s open (18+), Over 30 Adult Division men 30+ and women 16+.

There are 8 weeks of games.
Are there playoff games?
At the end of the Summer Session, there is a free tournament for teams that participated in the summer session
Are food and drinks available during the games?
Yes, we have a fully stocked concession stand to satisfy all your wants and needs!
What equipment do Players need?
Players must wear shin guards and matching shirt colors.

U6-U8 House Team practice time: Thursday 5:30-6:30
U10-U12 House Team practice time: Wednesday 6:30-7:30
Hurricane:

Adult Soccer Leagues
Adult Indoor Soccer at Quantum Soccer Center offers recreational and competitive indoor soccer leagues for men and women ages 16+. If you don’t have a team, Quantum offers House Teams or can help match players to teams. Teams are assigned to leagues based on age and desired level of competition. Our Adult Leagues offer a fun and exciting indoor soccer experience and even offer competitive divisions for those looking for competition. Visit our Rules of Play page for more information.
Adult Division- Games will be 6 v 6 (5+GK) and use a size 5 ball. 2-25 minute halves. 8 week season with an end of the session tournament.
Summer Indoor Session NFL Flag Football
All players must have a Quantum Sports membership.
Set up: 170 ft. by 60 ft.
7 v 7, no equipment needed
The facility will provide the game balls and flags. Each player will also receive and NFL jersey depending on which team their group picks.
