Adult Soccer Leagues
Adult Indoor Soccer at Quantum Soccer Center offers recreational and competitive indoor soccer leagues for men and women ages 16+. If you don’t have a team, Quantum offers House Teams or can help match players to teams. Teams are assigned to leagues based on age and desired level of competition. Our Adult Leagues offer a fun and exciting indoor soccer experience and even offer competitive divisions for those looking for competition. Visit our Rules of Play page for more information.
Adult Division- Games will be 6 v 6 (5+GK) and use a size 5 ball. 2-25 minute halves. 8 week season with an end of the session tournament.

- U6/U8 Leagues Playing on early Friday Nights
- U10/U12 Leagues Playing on Friday nights and Saturday morning
- Middle School Leagues Playing on Sunday afternoons
- High School League Girls & High School boys Division 1: Sunday afternoon and night with overflow on Monday Night.
- High School Division 2 – Saturday Nights Late night
- Adult Open League – Tuesdays.
- Over 30+ playing – Wednesdays.
- Over 35 Adult Recreational Division – Thursdays.
*ALL Players will need a valid Quantum Membership to participate in our leagues. This is an annual fee of $25 for an individual or $50 for a family, plus additional tax. Check out our member benefits tab located on our home page to see what memberships can do for you.

Trace Fork soccer complex is hosting an outdoor adult 7 v 7 soccer league throughout the summer months on Sunday afternoons. Players must wear proper equipment
- Dates: June 27th – August 22nd : 8 weeks of games (No games on July 4th)
- Ages: Adult league soccer (U18 and up)
- Cost: $75 per player or $750 per team
- All players must have a Quantum Sports membership.
- Adult Open and Over 30 (Co-ed) 7 v 7 Sunday afternoons, 5-9pm, Starting June 20th
- Location: Trace Fork Soccer Complex
- Divisions: Adult men’s open (18+), Over 30 Adult Division men 30+ and women 16+.

- Are there playoff games? At the end of the Summer Session, there is a free tournament for teams that participated in the summer session.
- Are food and drinks available during the games? Yes, we have a fully stocked concession stand to satisfy all your wants and needs!
- How long are the games? 50 minutes
- Does the team practice? The house teams do not practice. They just play one game a week.
- What equipment do Players need? Players must wear shin guards and matching shirt colors.

- What equipment does my child need? Your child needs socks, shin guards, and shoes. We provide the soccer balls.
- My child doesn’t have a team to play on, what can he/she do? We can place your child on a house team, and they will even get a free team t-shirt.
- Who coaches the house teams? One of our Quantum employees coach the house teams.
